Guidelines To Enhance Disability Students Learning For Inclusive Education

Abstract

The purposes of research were: 1) to study the situation needs for inclusive education management, 2) to study the needs guidelines for inclusive education management, and 3) to evaluate the needs guidelines for inclusive education management of Enhance Disability Students Learning For Inclusive Education In Primary And Secondary School  At Sysudthanark Districk. The research focused on 5 aspects such as: 1) education personnel, 2) budget, 3) teaching- learning management, 4) building. 5) family and community involvement. The research was divided in 3 phases: phase 1: to study the situation needs for inclusive education management of Inclusive Education In Primary And Secondary School  At Sysudthanark Districk with 60 participants as sample group. Phase 2: to develop the needs guideline for inclusive education management of Enhance Disability Students Learning For Inclusive Education In Primary And Secondary School  At Sysudthanark Districk. the 5 experts for a discussion of the form. Phase 3: to evaluate the needs guidelines for inclusive education management of Enhance Disability Students Learning For Inclusive Education In Primary And Secondary School  At Sysudthanark Districk. by the 9 experts in a specific field. The data were analyzed using the ready- made statistic program to find out percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results are as follows:

When considering each area, it was found that teaching- learning management was highest, followed by education personnel, building, family and community involvement, and the lowest was budget
